There are currently 02 ways to obtain a visa to Vietnam for Costa Rican:

This way requires the Costa Rica citizens to contact an office of embassy/consulate of Vietnam for visa application. However, there is no embassy/consulate of Vietnam established in Costa Rica up to now. As such:
