Do Israeli citizens need a visa to Vietnam?

Israeli citizens are REQUIRED to get a valid visa to enter Vietnam for either tourism or business purpose.

Israel passport should be valid for at least 6 months following arrival date in Vietnam;

How to Apply for Vietnam Visa for Israeli citizens?

Israeli citizens and passport holders may have two ways to apply for a Vietnam visa:

1. Apply at Local Vietnam Embassy

Contact the local Vietnam embassy / consulate in Israel (if you are residing in Israel), or in nearby countries (if you are not residing in Israel currently) to get visa stamp on your passport before departure to Vietnam.

This way of Vietnamese visa application requires the Israeli citizens to visit the embassy at least twice, one for submitting the documents and one for picking up the visa. It also requires those applicants to leave the original passport at this office during visa processing.

requires NO original passport for application;
requires an internet-access device only.
