Do Micronesia Citizens Need a Visa to Vietnam?

Micronesia citizens are REQUIRED to get a valid visa to enter Vietnam for either tourism or business purpose.

To visit Vietnam, travelers with Micronesian passports should meet the entry requirements:

  • Micronesia passport should be valid for at least 6 month following arrival date in Vietnam;
  • Micronesia passport has at least 2 blank pages.

Note: Visitors from Micronesia traveling to Vietnam by air are recommended to apply for a Vietnam visa on arrival since there is no Vietnam embassy in this country.

How to Apply for Vietnam Visa for Micronesian Citizens?

Micronesia citizens and passport holders can choose one of the following two methods to apply for a Vietnam visa:
