Do Moroccan Citizens Need a Visa to Vietnam?

All Moroccan citizens, living in Morocco or any other country, NEED a valid tourist/business visa to enter Vietnam for tourism or business purpose respectively. 

To enter Vietnam, in addition to the visa requirements mentioned above, the Moroccan citizens also need to ensure their current Morocco passport

• is valid for at least 06 months after the date of entering Vietnam, and
• has at least 02 blank pages for immigration stamps.

How to Apply for a Vietnam visa for Moroccan Citizens?

To get a Vietnam visa for Morocco citizens, you may have two ways to choose: 

1. Get Embassy Visa

Moroccan passport holders can get a visa at the Vietnam embassy in Morocco or any embassy/consulate of Vietnam in other countries where they are residing or traveling.

To get the visa in this way, Morocco citizens need to submit:

• Completed application form;
• Original passport;
• And sponsor letter from Vietnam-based company (for business visa);
• And others as required by the embassy.

2. Get Visa on Arrival (Recommended)

Visa on arrival (VOA) is the best way to get a visa to Vietnam for Morocco passport holders if they are traveling to Vietnam by air as it does not require any travel or contact with the embassy for application, but an internet-connected device to submit a soft copy of original passport and get visa approval letter. The visa stamp will be finally picked up at Vietnam airport upon arrival there to start your journey in Vietnam.
