Do Saint Kitts and Nevis Citizens Need a Visa to Vietnam?

All citizens of Saint Kitts and Nevis are REQUIRED to get a valid visa to enter Vietnam for either tourism or business purpose. The following table shows the summary of Vietnam visa requirements for Saint Kitts and Nevis citizens.

To visit Vietnam, travelers with Saint Kitts and Nevis passports should meet the entry requirements:

Saint Kitts and Nevis passport should be valid for at least 6 months following arrival date in Vietnam;
Saint Kitts and Nevis passport has at least 2 blank pages.

Note: Visitors from Saint Kitts and Nevis traveling to Vietnam by air are recommended to apply for a Vietnam visa on arrival since there is no Vietnam embassy in this country.

How to Apply for Vietnam Visa for Saint Kitts and Nevis Citizens?

Saint Kitts and Nevis citizens and passport holders can choose one of the following two methods to apply for a Vietnam visa:

1. Apply at Local Vietnam Embassy

There is no embassy/consulate of Vietnam in Saint Kitts and Nevis up to now.

Contact the local Vietnam embassy / consulate in nearby countries (if you are not residing in Saint Kitts currently) to get visa stamp on your passport before departure to Vietnam.

2. Apply Vietnam Visa Online (Recommended)

This is called Visa on Arrival (VOA). It is the easiest way to get a visa for Vietnam for Saint Kitts and Nevis citizens who are traveling to Vietnam by Air.

With VOA, you apply online via website Vietnamvisaservice by:

Filling out the secure online application form, and make payment of service fee;

Receiving the visa approval letter by email, normally in 2 working days (for tourist visa) or 7 working days (for business visa);

Getting visa stamped upon arrival at Vietnam airport and pay for stamping fee there.
