Do Slovakia Citizens Need a Visa to Vietnam?

Slovak citizens traveling to Vietnam for tourism or business purpose is REQUIRED to get a visa for Vietnam.

In order to enter Vietnam, together with those visa requirements, the Slovaks also need to ensure that their Slovakia passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of entering Vietnam and have at least 02 blank pages.

How to get a Vietnam Visa for Slovak Citizens?

Slovakia passport holders may have two ways to apply for a visa to Vietnam, consisting of:

1. Apply at Local Vietnam Embassy

If your place is close to the office of the Vietnam embassy in Slovakia, this way seems to be a good option. The things you need to prepare are:

your original passport;
a completed and signed visa application form;
an invitation letter from your sending company in Slovakia or your visiting company in Vietnam (for business visa);
others as requested by the embassy.

In case you are in other countries having an office of Vietnam embassy/consulate, you can also contact them for visa application.
