How to Apply for Vietnam Visa for Swedish Citizens?

Swedish citizens and passport holders can choose one of the following two methods to apply for a Vietnam visa:

1. Apply at Local Vietnam Embassy

Contact the local Vietnam embassy/consulate in Sweden (if you are residing in Sweden), or in nearby countries (if you are not residing in Sweden currently) to get visa stamp on your passport before departure to Vietnam.

2. Apply Vietnam Visa Online (Recommended)

This is called Vietnam visa on arrival (VOA). Travelers from Sweden (including Swedish citizens and passport holders) can apply for visa on arrival if they travel to Vietnam by Air.
