1. Departure Airport Transfer

If you haven’t had someone arrange the car to take you to the Vietnam airport for departure, don’t take the risk of taking a taxi as you can be late for the flight in certain cases. For 100% certainty, use our Departure Airport Transfer. We will get over the traffic in a safe and smooth manner to make sure that you will arrive at the airport on time.

On the departure date that you inform us, our English-speaking driver will pick you up at your hotel lobby or a defined address in good time (2 hours prior to your departure time for domestic flight or 3 hours for international flight) and take you to the terminal.

Those fees are applied for pickup at the city center in Hanoi and Da Nang, and Districts 1 & 3 in Ho Chi Minh City. Picking up at other areas is subject to extra charge.

2. VIP Departure Assistance

You wish to keep heavy packages and follow the long lines to complete departure procedures at Vietnam airport which may take up to 1 hour during the rush hours or you wish to complete those procedures without keeping your luggage and staying in the lines?

If the latter is preferred, use our VIP DEPARTURE service as:

• Our staff will meet you in front of the departure terminal.
• He will assist you with luggage, checking in the flight and getting boarding pass for you.
• He will then guide you through Immigration (exit) Counter quickly, also to the security check.
• You will then just be in waiting room for your departure flight. Now, it’s time to head home.
